  • You can either rent through Peerspace or through UHeights. Send us your preferred date(s), time(s), expected headcount, and setup needs or email [rental@uheightscenter.org]. We’ll confirm availability and issue a proposal. A booking is secured once we receive your signed agreement and deposit.

  • Rates vary by room, day, and time. Our standard rate is [$X/hr] and nonprofit/community rate is [$Y/hr]. Ask us for a custom quote or special offers via email.

  • Standard setup (tables/chairs), guest Wi-Fi, and basic on-site support are included. Add-ons like projector/TV, microphones, hybrid meeting kits, or staging are available for [$X/item or bundle]. Let us know your audio and/or video requests at least [X] days prior.

  • A [X%] deposit is due to hold your date; the balance is due [X days] before the event. Cancellations [≥ X days] prior receive [full/partial] refund; cancellations within [X days] are [nonrefundable/partially refundable]. Reschedule requests are considered based on availability.

  • For rental booked through UHeights, we require a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming [Your Org] as additional insured for [$1M] per occurrence. If serving alcohol or hosting amplified performances, permits may be required by the City of Seattle. We can provide guidance and templates.
    For rental booked through Peerspace, UHeights does not require additional insurance or permits.

  • Item description
  • Our team sets the room to your approved layout. You’re responsible for décor, light cleanup, removing items you brought, and leaving on time. Deep cleaning or overtime fees apply if the space isn’t returned to its original condition or if the event runs late.

  • The building/entrances/restrooms are ADA accessible, and we can arrange priority seating/ramps upon request. Parking: [on-site lot/nearby paid lot/street parking] with [X] accessible spaces. Share needs in advance.

  • Standard rental hours are [start–end]. Quiet hours begin at [time]. Music and amplified sound are allowed within city ordinances and our neighbor-friendly guidelines. As a community center, we prioritize inclusive, family-friendly events. Hate speech or harassment is not tolerated.

  • Freestanding décor is welcome. Use painter’s tape or command strips only in approved areas. Balloons must be secured and removed after the event.

  • We offer free on-site parking in our 2 parking lots, which has roughly 50 spots.
