UHeights October Roundup
Community Rises: 1,000+ Neighbors Ready for Winter
We are thrilled to announce that our annual Warm Winter Drive saw its most successful year yet, collecting thousands of essential items and doubling our distribution impact!
Throughout October, UHeights transformed into a hub for all things cold-weather-related. From bags of coats to boxes of socks, our community gave generously and wholeheartedly. Thank you for donating and spreading the word. We were proudly supported by 28 local organizations and teams, who contributed to the collection effort.
The Power of Preparation

Distribution Day: A Record-Breaking Effort
On November 2nd, we held our annual Warm Winter Distribution, and the impact was greater than ever. With the help of the entire community and 40 onsite volunteers, we were able to assist more than 1,000 neighbors with the clothes and resources they needed. This number doubled from last year, demonstrating the critical and growing need for this support.
In addition to clothing, 12 of our partners tabled at the event, offering vital on-site support. This included food, community resources, toiletries, and personal care services.
A total of 45 free haircuts and dozens of on-site foot care services were provided during the event, transforming the distribution day into a holistic aid event.
Partners in Warmth
We couldn't achieve this level of impact without our supportive community network. A huge thank you to the following organizations and vendors who were involved in collecting donations, spreading awareness, and tabling resources on distribution day (listed in alphabetical order):
We are entering the colder months with a full heart, knowing that our community came together to keep hundreds of people warm this winter. Thank you again for helping UHeights put our mission into action!
Impact & Transparency: Our 2024 Annual Report
Transparency and accountability are core to our mission. We are proud to announce the publication of our 2024 Annual Report, providing a comprehensive overview of our work, our financial health, and how we allocate every dollar of your generous donations. Understanding where your support goes is crucial, and this report details our achievements, impact, and future goals.

From the heart of Seattle’s University District, UHeights continues to be a thriving hub of culture, service, and community impact, and it can’t be achieved without help from our team members, partners, and the community.
Vision for 2026: Supporting Our Resident Artists
We are thrilled to support Art Is Not A Privilege, a social justice-rooted organization dedicated to creating open-based art experiences for all ages and abilities on a donation basis. Together, we are planning to launch our Artist In Residency, Limitless program in 2026.
Art Is Not A Privilege is actively seeking private community sponsors to help them purchase the materials needed to build immersive, interactive installations for the public to explore. Your sponsorship will also help sustain their art supplies for the next two years.
This residency represents the future of UHeights, a place where art is truly accessible and actively built by the community.
