Monday Night Fights is a FREE monthly meet-up for Seattle-area stage combat enthusiasts of all experience levels—from first-timers to seasoned fighters. Held on the 3rd Monday of each month (July–September 2025) in The Auditorium at UHeights, this welcoming space invites you to explore choreography, weapon work, and collaborative combat.

Whether you’re prepping for an audition, refining your skills, or just curious to try something new—bring it! Share what you know, learn from others, and train in a safe, supportive environment.

Hosted by UHeights Theatre Alliance member, Latitude Theatre, with support from Performers' Forge and the SAFD NW Region, each meet-up is a chance to connect, grow, and throw down with your fight family.

No experience or RSVP necessary. Just bring your passion and gear (if you have any) and they’ll take care of the rest. Can’t wait to see you there!
