On Saturday, October 18th, the U District will be visited by candidates running for office this November for a townhall style candidate forum.

The event will take place at the U Heights Center -- doors will open at 9:30 and the event will start promptly at 10am. Joining us will be Mayoral Candidates Bruce Harrell and Katie Wilson, Council Position 8 Candidates Alexis Mercedes Rinck and Rachael Savage, Council Position 9 Candidates Dionne Foster and Sara Nelson, and City Attorney Candidate Erika Evans.

Questions for the event have been predetermined by hosts, and all candidates will have the opportunity to share insight on their priorities and how they plan to address the needs of our community. We plan to livestream the event, and will update this page and attendees with a link to access this.
