This session of TIPS for Teens, we’re hanging out and hearing from YOU!

With school starting up again, we wanted to set aside time to chat about your back to school experience and hear from other teens who are going through the same big adjustments and changes.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Our facilitator for TIPS for Teens is Anika Tara Rao. Anika is currently in 10th grade. She enjoys singing, cooking, traveling, and laughing with friends and family. Anika was inspired by her mom Dr. Anu Taranath to create safe spaces for talking about sometimes uncomfortable topics. She loves leadership and is very excited and thankful to be able to connect with you all!

ABOUT TIPS:

TIPS is a book written by Dr. Anu's UW students during their study abroad program in India, encouraging us to see ourselves and our surroundings anew via thought-provoking letters to Things, Ideas, People and Self (TIPS).
