"Singin' in the Rain" (1952), roundly thought of as the peak of the Golden Age of Hollywood musicals. It is #92 on IMDB's top 250 films. Through the fickleness (perhaps the tremendous oversight) of Oscar it won no Academy Awards, but is an experience no lover of movies should miss. It will look and sound wonderful in the auditorium!

"There is no movie musical more fun than Singin' in the Rain, and few that remain as fresh over the years."
THEATER THURSDAYS is the series of American classic films shown in the University Heights Auditorium. This is a lovely old school auditorium restored with a large projection and sound system. Popcorn, drinks, and movie theater snacks are available for purchase.
Please invite your friends! We are trying to grow our movie nights, because the more the merrier. We'll have some light fare available after the film for anyone who would like to stay and chat. Call UHeights staff for assistance with accessibility at: (206) 235-8567.
