"My Name is Asher Lev" is a stage adaptation of the bestselling novel by Chaim Potok. A young Orthodox Jewish painter is drawn by his muse to places that put him in direct conflict with his family and his faith. It is a story of profound passion and inspiration.

This production toured the Puget Sound region to great acclaim with Seattle Jewish Theater Company in the Spring of 2019, visiting libraries, Synagogues, and Community Centers. For one weekend in November, Penguin Productions presents a remount of this production with the same talented cast and crew.
