Description: APOSIOPESIS: An abrupt halt in the middle of ... As if one is unable or hesitant to ...
Forward momentum has been interrupted. Something is withheld, suspended, waiting ...
At times, it feels as though we are living between the dots of an ellipsis.
Five Seattle playwrights have taken these confines as an invitation to pry open new doors in their imaginations -- not
only to see what emerges, but to devise a way to share it with an audience in these uncertain times. Parley Productions invites you to don a mask and join us for an unusual tour of the second floor of the University Heights Center, where these imaginings have taken up temporary residence.
All faces will be obscured. No words will be uttered. What sort of play is that?
Come see …
Conceived of and designed by Katherine Jett
With contributions by: Hannah Merrill, Liz Baker, Brian Dang, and Drew David Combs

All performers and crew will be masked in accordance with COVID-19 safety protocols, in addition to wearing
masks that cover the entire face. Likewise, all audience members must wear their own COVID-19 prevention masks
to the performance; at the door, we will provide full-face masking designed to be worn over patrons’ personal
masks. All cast and crew of Aposiopesis have demonstrated proof of vaccination. Only vaccinated patrons will be
admitted to the performance; patrons must provide vaccination documentation before admission.
Please note: Audience size will be limited! Reservations are required. Sorry, no walk-ups.
