Yoga instructor Shelly Storm is offering an online Kids Yoga class on Wednesday mornings from 10 to 10:30 am! Shelly is a certified kids and adult yoga instructor, preschool teacher, and Integrative Health Practitioner who creates movement, mindfulness and storytelling into a fun format for children of all ages!

Join Shelly in an imaginary experience of kids yoga! You all will start by reading a fun yoga book together and talk about how yoga is in our everyday lives. Then, get on your mats to stretch and breathe through exciting yoga poses, flow through different environments and end with creative relaxation!
