WRKSHP No. 1: THE PHYSICAL WARM-UP
Whether you are preparing for an audition, a performance, a job interview or to simply release, connecting with your body is the first step. This workshop is geared to assist you in physically grounding yourself and becoming more present--necessary steps before launching into performance or creation. With a combination of pre-existing and new methods, this first workshop will be led by filament company member, Sophia Franzella.
SPECIAL NOTE(S):
Dress in clothes that are easy to ~move~ in.
Class begins at 7:30pm. Please arrive by 7:15, so that we may begin on time. There is a parking lot behind UHeights and various bus stops nearby.
After class, all attendees (21+) are welcome to join us across the street at A Pizza Mart for drinks and merriment!
