About the Event

Please RSVP to get the Zoom meeting link emailed to you.

The last few weeks have been fraught with emotion, as our country continues to reckon with its history of racial violence and systemic oppression amidst the backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Join us in a community conversation about how we are all experiencing this moment. Mental health professional, Jaya Ramesh will facilitate this discussion. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and will have some guiding questions for us to help us navigate through our emotional landscape.

Please note that this is not a group therapy session but a facilitated discussion.

More about Jaya:

Jaya Ramesh is a mental health therapist at Catalyst Counseling, in Woodinville, WA. Read more about her here. She recently did an interview with Seattle Times about managing mental health while staying home; listen to that interview here. You can also read an article by Jaya about Parenting in the time of Covid-19 here.
