About The Instructor:
Fauzia Lala has been training in martial arts since 2006. She received her first degree black belts in Taekwondo and Arnis in 2014 and has been teaching since. Fauzia started her women's self-defense classes in 2017, where she incorporates techniques from Taekwondo, Arnis, Krav Maga, Wing Chun, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Hapkido and Aikido
