Bollywood Dance with Geeta

As a new 2020 member of the U Heights Theatre Alliance, Afsaana Dance Company's Artistic Director Geeta is excited to host online Bollywood Dance Classes to our community! This series is for ages above 16. No prior experience required.

In a 3 week series that started 3/17, we meet on Wednesdays (3/17, 3/24 and 3/31) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, learning the dance moves from the Bollywood song 'Balam Pichkari', a perfect pick to mark Holi, the Indian festival of spring and color which is celebrated in March! You still have time to join for the 2 remaining sessions on 3/24 and 3/31. Once you RSVP, you will be emailed the part of the choreography we learned on 3/17.

Payment Details: The pay-what-you-can tickets for this series run from $20 ($10 per class) to $40 ($20 per class) in increments of $5. If you'd like to participate and cost is a barrier, please write to us at info@uheightscenter.org and let us know.
