About The Teacher: 

Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Yogi. B.O.W. Beyond Physical, Eugene Edwards has been in the “Coaching” business for over 30yrs, in the U.S., and Europe. Fitness and Yoga are staples for his Work. Eugene specializes in Natural Movements / Stretching / Restorative and  Personal Transformations He believes that connecting our Physical Life to our Mental / Spiritual / Real Lives is the Journey.
