An evidence-based fall prevention program to help you improve your balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility through a practice of warm-up movements, integration of forms and mini-therapeutic movements, and breathing cool-down exercises. No experience necessary! All abilities welcome.
Meet outside UHeights, on the South side of the building. Class will occur in the park, with chairs setup for assistance.
